The aim of the AGM is to provide shareholders with a detailed review of the organization’s performance, financial status, and strategic trajectory over the past year. Additionally, it aims to discuss and agree upon resolutions on a range of issues impacting the organization and its membership as well as provide an opportunity to approve and welcome new members into ATIDI. Typically hosted by the country’s Head of State or their designated Minister of Finance, the AGM convenes government delegations from ATIDI’s member states and institutional shareholders, as well as prospective members.
